- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA for emerging tech access
- Design and teach 'Future Literacy' workshops upskilling 500+ employees on exponential technologies
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants and venture partnerships for 2026 innovation portfolio
- Mentor PhD fellows in Futurism programs to build next-generation talent pipeline
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and technology impact assessment
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or Harvard Business Review
- Deep network connections with World Economic Forum Global Future Council members
- Fluency in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
