Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy with quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable insights for product development
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors affecting tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published research on emerging technologies (peer-reviewed or industry journals)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, neurotech, or climate tech
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Exceptional communication skills for C-level audiences
