Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future trends
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published research in futurism or strategic foresight journals
- Certificate from APF or WFS (Association of Professional Futurists/World Future Society)
