- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and roadmaps for organizational adaptation and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce trend reports and white papers that inform executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitor future-readiness strategies
- Advise on organizational culture evolution to foster future-focused mindsets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data synthesis skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
