Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 foresight reports analyzing disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future scenarios
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AGI and biometric systems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions for climate resilience
- Represent the company at global forums on sustainable development and human augmentation
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Quantify market opportunities in exponential growth sectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on 4IR technologies or socio-technical systems
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating future scenario development and implementation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
