Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging markets
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic frameworks using scenario planning methodologies
- Present future outlooks to executive leadership and board members
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for cross-functional teams
- Build quantitative models to forecast market disruptions and opportunities
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and industry presentations
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic plans
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
