Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2030
- Develop and institutionalize a 2026+ strategic innovation framework aligned with corporate vision
- Champion cross-functional initiatives translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, thought leadership, and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record translating trend analysis into market-winning strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, biotech, quantum computing, or Web3
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
