Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market positioning
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and investor expectations
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and validation of breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Drive culture of experimentation through agile innovation methodologies
- Monitor global geopolitical shifts and their impact on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, Web3, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patented innovations
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
