Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligned with global megatrends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging tech domains
- Design strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity and ROI
- Curate internal 'Future Labs' for rapid prototyping and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least 3 future-critical domains (quantum, AI, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred) or equivalent
