- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic innovation roadmap using trend analysis, scenario planning, and market forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business objectives and shareholder value
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks for cutting-edge R&D
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven frameworks
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and track ROI of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
