Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Author high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for board presentations
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred) or equivalent experience
