Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic innovation frameworks for emerging tech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions (AR/VR, quantum AI, bio-integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ industries
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Present disruptive concepts to investors, governments, and Fortune 500 clients
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' symposium for 500+ industry leaders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching category-defining tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ market-disrupting initiatives
