Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating AI, quantum computing, and neurotech
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author thought leadership publications on future work paradigms
- Prototype experimental solutions using low-code/no-code platforms
- Manage innovation incubator programs with $5M+ annual budgets
- Present findings to investors and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., TRIZ, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFTR preferred)
