Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author whitepapers and scenario plans for board-level decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Design and execute organizational change initiatives for future readiness
- Mentor innovation teams in systemic thinking and anticipatory leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI/ML, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Published thought leadership in tech/sustainability journals
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping tools
- Portfolio of executed innovation initiatives with measurable impact
