Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026+ strategic innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs

- Design and implement innovation frameworks including rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional leadership experience managing cross-functional global teams
