Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core offerings
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings on disruptive market shifts and competitive landscapes
- Build and manage an internal innovation incubator for moonshot projects
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track long-term strategic impact
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, climate tech, or biotech)
- Strong background in scenario planning and quantitative trend analysis
- Experience leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
