Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive future scenario roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate tech, and social dynamics
- Present strategic insights to executive teams and key stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight into product roadmaps and business transformation initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight-to-strategy translation
