Responsibilities
- Map global technology and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026+ market positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Curate and analyze proprietary data streams from emerging tech ecosystems
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Mentor next-generation futurists in our Innovation Academy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
