Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis for emerging technologies
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic and industry innovation partners
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and investor boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive innovation initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF, Foresight Practitioner)
