You'll shape our innovation agenda while mentoring teams to embrace forward-thinking methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to forecast industry disruptions through 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present foresight insights and innovation strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Mentor teams in futures thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify first-mover opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams and budgets
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications preferred
