Responsibilities

- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Partner with product leadership to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging tech disruption and strategic implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Architect innovation KPIs and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Drive organizational culture shifts to embed future-thinking across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical implications of emerging tech
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
