Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology, and climate tech
- Develop 5-10 year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and validate emerging market opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with R&D to prototype and incubate moonshot projects with exponential potential
- Advise executive team on future-proofing business models against disruptive threats
- Build and maintain ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry futurist networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leader with keynote experience at global tech conferences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
- Experience building innovation pipelines with measurable ROI
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into executive-ready insights
