Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and market shifts to forecast industry transformations through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic and industry futurist partners
- Lead innovation workshops to align cross-functional teams on future priorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum systems, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation abilities
- Published futurist research or thought leadership (IEEE, Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
