Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports and innovation frameworks to executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-gen products and services
- Establish KPIs to track innovation adoption and ROI of futuristic initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of leading successful transformational projects
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
