- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed innovation DNA across all departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in anticipating technological disruptions (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Demonstrated success in scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks (SDGs, Paris Agreement)
