Responsibilities

- Design innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term corporate vision
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (AI, Web3, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures publications
- Experience working in fast-paced tech or startup environments
