- Produce annual 'Future Horizons' report with actionable insights for Fortune 500 clients
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype solutions for 2030 sustainability and automation challenges
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums as a thought leader on next-generation business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic risk assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent portfolio
