Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast industry shifts by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with company vision and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development pipelines
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-thinking into corporate strategy
- Author trend reports and thought leadership content for industry impact
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven project selection
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products with market disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Strategy preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight-to-execution success cases
