Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks quantifying impact probabilities and opportunity windows
- Architect innovation roadmaps translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive teams to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Produce thought leadership publications and predictive analytics for Fortune 500 clients
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related discipline
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technology mapping
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategy
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
