Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech domains
- Develop future-ready innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients using scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging technology impacts
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Advise C-suite executives on long-term technology adoption and disruption risks
- Manage innovation portfolio with $5M+ annual budget allocation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing future-ready technology roadmaps for global enterprises
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong publication record in innovation or technology foresight (peer-reviewed journals)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CIP)
