Your insights will directly shape multi-billion-dollar investments and position our organization as the undisputed leader in next-generation markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps through trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and disruption impact assessments
- Architect strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across 15+ business units
- Present to board members and industry conferences on future innovation paradigms
- Mentor a team of 3 junior futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals (HBR, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience with futures forecasting tools (Delphi, causal layered analysis, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully commercialized innovation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) preferred
