Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation pipelines from ideation to market validation
- Partner with R&D to prototype and test emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Author thought leadership content and present at industry conferences
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-ready mindsets across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services (3+ examples required)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, business innovation, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Futures School) preferred
