Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to forecast industry disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify high-impact opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and think tanks
- Measure and communicate strategic impact through KPIs and scenario modeling
- Mentor a team of innovation analysts and futurists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Strong communication skills with executive presence
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
