Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and societal trends for 2026-2030
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market evolution
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios, risk mitigation, and opportunity capture
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring human-centric technology development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing futuristic concepts
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, neurotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Portfolio of published future forecasts or implemented innovation frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term technology strategy
