Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends and market shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast emerging technologies and their business impacts
- Present insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Produce annual Future State reports and scenario planning frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy role
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities with data-driven insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong network within technology innovation ecosystems and research institutions
- Proficient in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementations
