Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
