Responsibilities
- Forecast and map emerging technological/societal trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing business models
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies (Web4.0, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify breakthrough startup investments
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Present at Davos-level conferences as the voice of tomorrow's innovations
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field
- 5+ years at innovation labs (MIT Media Lab, X, Singularity University)
- Published author in top-tier futurist journals (Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ trend predictions with >80% accuracy
