Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy by synthesizing global trends, technological breakthroughs, and consumer behavior patterns
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market shifts and identify first-mover opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into tangible product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams and embedding foresight methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable narratives
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (white papers, industry journals)
