Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to forecast industry evolution through 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough products, services, and business models
- Present strategic foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-focused initiatives
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor ecosystems to identify first-mover advantages
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Economics, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
