Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps and scenario plans for global business units
- Design and facilitate workshops with executives to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations
- Oversee cross-functional innovation projects from concept to implementation
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight role
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable outcomes
