Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and neuro interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical and socioeconomic impacts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term vision

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published research in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Experience with Delphi method and cross-impact matrix analysis
