Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon-scanning methodologies
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders across Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, AGI) for commercial viability
- Architect human-centered AI frameworks for ethical implementation
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive boards and industry panels
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and agile innovation
- Co-author annual 'Future State' reports with MIT Technology Review
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 5+ year market impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools and data visualization (Python, Tableau)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on digital transformation
- Deep understanding of climate-tech and sustainable innovation ecosystems
