Responsibilities
- Anticipate global mega-trends across AI, biotech, climate, and quantum domains using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Design 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and exponential technology curves
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Labs' synthesizing insights from academia, industry, and policy
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI governance and sustainable resource allocation
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and investor forums with compelling data narratives
- Mentor talent in futures literacy and exponential thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-forecasting impact (e.g., published scenarios, patents)
- Mastery of horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, PESTLE, causal layered analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and sustainable development principles
- Exceptional storytelling abilities translating complex futures into executable strategy
