- Author foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Integrate sustainability and ethical considerations into long-term strategic planning
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness and innovation maturity

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience developing ESG-aligned future strategies
