Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for innovation adoption and disruption mitigation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning Horizon as a future-shaping authority
- Advise executive leadership on long-term R&D priorities and investment allocation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Experience managing global innovation ecosystems and stakeholder networks
