Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual Futures Outlook Reports identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive leadership teams
- Create scenario planning frameworks for clients navigating technological uncertainty
- Lead innovation sprints prototyping solutions for 2026+ market opportunities
- Establish horizon scanning systems to track emerging signals across 15+ industries
- Present futures insights at global industry summits and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS, WFS) or equivalent experience
- Experience designing scenario planning methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Published research on technological disruption or future trends
- Portfolio demonstrating systemic thinking and long-term impact
