Responsibilities
- Develop and execute horizon-scanning methodologies to identify disruptive technologies and socio-economic trends through 2030
- Design strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on climate resilience and demographic shifts
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in industry journals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and innovation sprint facilitation
- Build predictive models using proprietary data platforms to quantify market opportunities
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level storytelling capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
