- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational resilience
- Design and validate prototype solutions using agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into scalable commercial opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field certification
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS) or Innovation Management
