Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks for sustainable innovation and competitive advantage
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and present at premier innovation conferences
- Champion ethical innovation practices in rapidly evolving technological landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or strategy documents
