Responsibilities
- Forecast socio-technological trends through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Develop innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients adopting 2026-era technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future concepts into MVP prototypes
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential change and adaptation strategies
- Advise C-suite executives on risk mitigation for disruptive paradigm shifts
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI metrics
- Represent company at global futurist forums (Davos, Singularity Summit, etc.)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or Big Tech innovation labs
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major industry publications
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech, space)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (STEEP, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
